Sue is an Arbitrator, Solicitor (former Barrister) of The High Court of Hong Kong, a Solicitor of The Supreme Court England and Wales and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.Sue is a partner in Jamisons. She trained at Lovells in London, then worked for Linklaters in London before rejoining Hogan Lovells in Hong Kong. With over 25 years' experience of advising on all areas of Arbitration, Mediation and Litigation in a range of industries, and particularly in the Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure projects, IP and Taxation. Sue has extensive experience in Europe and the Asia Pacific Region acting and advising on numerous matters and projects across a variety of industries, including the oil industry, nuclear power, fossil fuel energy, transport infrastructure (Docklands Light Railway, Jubilee Line Extension), manufacturing, engineering, PFI, property development, Airport Authorities and information technology.Sue clients have included the construction industry, banks, investors, major international, PRC and local corporates, listed companies, manufacturers, retailers, airport authorities, power and transport utility companies, oil majors, the science and research industry, hospital authorities, property, IT industry and Insurance industry.
