Winshuttle enhancements to existing forms.

Winshuttle developer: forms and workflow for Customer, Material, and Vendor masters; scripts development and training for order entry and misc billing accounting entries. SAP master data work: mass customer creation, mass updates via scripts/LSMW for projects.

Develop tools for Master Data technicians to update/create SAP data: Winshuttle scripts/LSMW recordings. Created Material Extension form that reduced workflow time from 9 to 2 days. Gather requirements and create Winshuttle scripts, forms and workflow solutions. Enhance/fix existing forms and workflow as needed for rollouts and data/rule changes; including SQL tables, queries, stored procedure maintenance.

Work with data from newly acquired companies: load customer, vendor, material master data into SAP. Extracted SAP data for divestitures; assist with analysis for masking projects post-divestiture. Move data to support legal entity consolidations. Create and maintain MS Access databases to create annual DEA/PCR license renewal letters, vendor rationalization projects, customer and vendor monthly metrics.

Ongoing identification and correction of data quality issues. Data cleansing for acquisition loads. Developed SQVIs for regular reporting; assist others in area with table relationships. Created data validation reports for business sign off after data loads. Retrofit of existing data to meet new and changing standards.

Combine data from multiple systems/databases to create scholarship applicant lists (~2500 scholarships). Provide funding costs for new aid programs. Created Access databases: identify changes to student information, merge information to print letters of scholarship recipients for donor letters. Wrote specifications for new financial aid datawarehouse for PeopleSoft implementation.

Undergraduate Admissions: Co-Managed freshman admissions (24,000 applications processed per year) Dec1999 to May 2001; Managed transfer credit evaluators (Dec 1998 to Dec 1999). Project, maintain, and reconcile student and seasonal employee budgets. Implemented error tracking, reporting, and resolution to support re-engineered work processes. Implemented new performance management initiatives. Developed standard documentation. Implemented new transfer credit policy; studies of current transfer credit awarded; prepared project proposals and budgets. Developed and implemented procedures for new transfer recruitment programs, including new publications and correspondence with prospects and admitted transfer students.

Transfer Admissions: Maintained online transfer credit equivalency system; documented system; communicated changes; backup to Office Manager. Evaluated domestic undergraduate college credit for OSU equivalent courses; determined admission. Coded, built, maintained student database records for new freshman applicants. Verified data entry of other staff.

Managed PC software products: Managed implementation; trained sales and support staff; planned, coordinated, and reviewed product documentation, packaging, distribution plans, marketing materials. Managed gateway service that provided access to reference databases through the OCLC telecommunications network; market analysis; trained testers and support staff; wrote support documentation; reviewed user documentation.

Trained new operators; gave performance appraisals; maintained production and quality goals; interpreted project specifications. Data entry: converted library cards to machine-readable records according to project specifications.
