With a diverse background, I possess a broad understanding of the medical device/medtech industry, particularly in new product development and the early post-market phase. For the past decade I have been leading teams to deliver clinical evidence that enables product registrations, market access and commercial success. I thrive on collaborating with multiple stakeholders, sharing and developing ideas, solving problems, and exploring innovative solutions. I have an ability to identify the key issues in complex situations, so helping teams to progress with clarity. People who have worked with me in the past know me as someone who is pragmatic, thoughtful, collaborative and driven to help others succeed. My aim for Evistrat Consulting is to help medtech and device businesses to develop robust clinical evidence strategies. A key aspect of this will be to explore the unknown unknowns in how that product will be used, regulated, purchased, assessed and valued by multiple stakeholders. Having then worked to make the unknown known, a robust clinical strategy can be identified to enable them to achieve their commercial goals. Where a product is later in its lifecycle, if there is a need for clinical evidence to achieve the product’s full potential I would be happy to discuss it with any prospective client and see how I might be able to help with achieving those aims.
