Manages engineering team responsible for Zynga’s Internationalization and Localization infrastructure, including libraries, tools and an end-to-end workflow automation pipeline for nightly translation tasks.Drives engineering timelines and process improvements including introduction of a cadenced release schedule using agile techniques, increasing predictability and improved quality of automation workflow and libraries/tools.Defines and maintains engineering roadmap and OKRs, planning engineering timeline and resource allocations, and trade-off analysis/deliverable adjustments as needed.Collaborates across functional teams – engages with game teams, localization producers, localization QA, Marketing and Central Tech/IT as needed in promotion of internationalization best practices on mobile (iOS and Android) platforms, game consultation, requirements gathering and ensuring availability + proper configuration of required build server environments.
