Dr. Sue Liebman graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University in 1982 with a degree in Biology and a focus on Science in Human Affairs. That coupled with a comparative analysis senior thesis in the treatment of cleft lip and palate repair, coupled with growing up in the field of dentistry and orthodontics, paved the way for a future in orthodontics, following in the venerable footsteps of her father. After graduating OKU and top of her class at Fairleigh Dickinson School of Dentistry, she pursued her postgraduate degree in Orthodontics at Columbia U. School of Dental and Oral Surgery.Dr. Liebman went on to serve on the faculty of Columbia's Postgraduate Orthodontic Program and served the Orthodontic Alumni Society of Columbia U., moving up the ranks to become the first woman president of the Society. She continued to serve her community after joining her father's practice in Brooklyn in 1988 and served as treasurer of the Brooklyn Dental Study Club, and enjoyed decades of teaching and shaping the residents and future dentists as an attending in Orthodontics at Long Island College Hospital.
