As a Senior Account Manager at AFP, one of the largest international news agencies, I have been responsible for business development and account management in North America for over 20 years. I handle all dealings with Canadian clients, the U.S. government, defense contractors, and institutions, and promote AFP's multilingual news, photo, graphic, multimedia, video and fact-checking products to a diverse clientele.I strive to increase the penetration of AFP in the U.S. government and Latino market sectors and in Canada, and to explore new business and partnering opportunities. I have administered contracts for exclusive photo and video shoots for North American clients. As a freelancer, I have had over 100 articles published in various magazines, covering such topics as history, genealogy, and culture. I hold a B.A. in French from Cornell University, an M.A. in Spanish from New York University in Spain, and a translation degree from the University of Geneva in Switzerland.
