I am currently working at B Braun Group in the inventory and purchasing department, I am really enjoying, it is a really nice place to work.Previously I have been a business manager, managing a successful teams. I have a consistent track record of successfully employing best business practices that improve efficiency, reduce operating costs whilst increasing productivity, all to tight time scales and within budget. I am an energetic, enthusiastic worker, who has the ability to build relationships with people of all ages from within the community and the capability to complete a multi-stranded job, using excellent time management and leadership skills.I have worked in Economic Community regeneration for over 20 years, including the SCC Enterprise program. Prior to this I worked for the Council working with local retailers to improve the economic performance of Hillsborough Town Centre. I also managed the first Social Enterprise convenience store in Sheffield through the Community-Owned Retailing Project.I am PTLLS & ILM Level 5 qualified and experienced Business coach and trainer . I am passionate about empowering people to improve their lives.
