I am the Finance Manager for the Civil Service Pensions. I am responsible for the Banking, preparing the Supply Estimates, also preparing the Forecasting for the Office of Budget Responsibility and the production of the Annual accounts and liaising with the National Audit Office.

My first Management Role and I helped with the transition from Naval Pay to the Tri-Service Armed Forces Pay (JPA). This included the transition to the Oracle based new pay system, plus helping with the combining the policy for the 3 services for my teams areas of the business. I was responsible for the Long Service Advance of Pay, Compulsory Deductions, After Discharges, Housing Benefits and Historical Records sections.

Various roles within Naval Pay during my time at Centurion but finishing with Team Leader of the After Discharge Team. I was with MoD until 1998 but we were moved to EDS under a Government Partnering initiative.

I was responsible for placing local purchase orders for goods and services.
