Commercial Policy Issuance Specialist

I provide specialized insurance marketing services for my clients. Specifically I provide leads for commercial insurance professionals using criteria determined by them. This can be based on many things such as company size, primary NAICS code, location by city, state & zip code or other criteria. These leads are obtained via telephone calls and live office visits. I also utilize my extensive personal and professional network to assist in this endeavor. Professional documentation of these leads usually include up to date contact information including email address and phone number, accurate employee count, DUNS#, information regarding current coverages in place and expiration dates when possible. For clients using AMS360 I can set up these accounts for them with provided credentials. Reports are standardly provided in spreadsheet format.

Administrative duties including but not limited to processing of commission and premium payment checks and deposits, creation of user friendly customized reports in excel for all departments, tracking surplus lines transactions, tracking sales and leads, assignment of new leads that were received directly or that generated by my own marketing efforts. Performed large amount of certificate issuance functions, policy checking functions and invoicing. I was also the go to person in the office for all things Microsoft specializing in Excel. My first position at Marsh was performing all CSR support functions for 4 sales persons. During my employment at Marsh I also processed all premium payments received in our office and forwarded them for processing.

Taught multiple level courses in Microsoft Office, Business Ethics, Software Integration and the Internet and social media marketing..Created the syllabi and lessons for my classes. Created and taught a Software Integration class which teaches students to apply what they have learned in all the Microsoft Office programs and apply them to a simulated workplace setting. Assisted in the set up classrooms and computers for all classes at the college.Our campus really cared about helping students grow and succeed by learning a marketable skills. As a part of this effort we counseled students to encourage continuance of attending classes and tried to assist or provide solutions to problems they were experiencing that could prevent them from finishing their education..
