    I worked in Supplies Team from October 2004 to August 2006. I started working as an Account Manager on the education Database but then moved to sell into SME's. I grew the database month on month to a level where my Sales Director decided to set up a sales team in S.M.E. and in October 2004 I was promoted to Team Managerr of the S.M.E. Team.I was responsible for the day to day management of a team of 5 to hit sales, profit and new business targets.I coached and developed a high performance from the team.I updated KPI's daily. I broke down sales and profit targets hourly for team members to hit. I also organised blitz days to motivate the team.I trained the team through buddying on cold calls, product training and sales skills training.I had weekly meetings with team members and was also involved in performance appraisals using KPI's.The S.M.E. team was the first team in Supplies Team to send out bi-monthly minilogues. Due to this I had to work very closely with marketing and purchasing divisions to ensure the minilogue would land in prospective customers on time, the free gifts were in stock and available to send out etc.
