Achievements:From 2007 to 2008, outperformed the average growth rate of the business by 18.5%.Increased share of company turnover from 7.7% to 9.2% during 2008 which represented an additional turnover of £2.8mn.Pivotal in ensuring the smooth integration of new acquisition stores, which contributed 36% of the giftware turnover in 2008.Introduced new concepts, i.e. jewellery (annual turnover now in excess of £1mn).Secured contributions from clothing suppliers during 2007 to the value of in excess of £200K, which fully funded new fixtures for 20 clothing departments. These stores then showed an average growth of 89% during the following year.
