I enjoy helping people in my support group of Grow with advice from the proven program of over 57 years. This means that members can learn and grow to improve their mental health with day to day problems. And in time then they can help new members with similar issues. I really find making new friends in life generally very rewarding as I am a people person. In the last 8 years I have managed to accept a responsible volunteer roles in Grow where I am now one step away to a full time paid position. Not bad considering I have been diagnosed as being Bi- Polar health issue. But with my professionals, medications, family, friends and Grow support it is still up to the individual to help themselves to become completely well!!

To set up the procedure paper on the seat for each meeting. To nominate for a member to lead the meeting. To contact Recorders or Organisers re next meeting details or any other topics of interest. Organise for the Regional Recorder and myself with the help of our Field Worker writing out group reports from the evaluation sheets before the next Organiser & Recorders meeting. Contact the member writing on a topic for the following Leadership meeting and ask how they are going or if they need help with writing the paper. Nominate for a member to do the scrolling for that particular meeting. Organise social activities for the region. Organise applications for the next term re position of individual group recorders and organisers. As well as for the Regional Recorder and Regional Organiser positions.
