• Provided support and configuration for all Paycom systems and modules including HCM, Payroll, Time and Labor, Compensation, Enterprise Learning module, Benefits, Talent Acquisition. • Contributed to the development of HRIS strategy, policies, and procedures.• Lead HR contributor for vetting new HRIS system Workday.• Lead for data conversion of Paycom data for Workday implementation.• Completed Workday configuration training for HCM, absence management, time tracking and compensation.• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all HR systems.
