My role involved undertaking clinical audits of case notes across a range of GP surgeries throughout the North West. I analysed the results, compiled a report and presented the findings directly to the clinical teams within Practices. This included the identification of areas for improvement, sharing best practice and presenting recommendations.

In this newly established post, I was responsible for the design and implementation of a bespoke database for the Breast Assessment Unit to monitor its activity.
