I am a learning and development professional with over 8 years experience, with 3+ years at RK&K, a civil engineering/construction management firm with offices across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast US. I am a training department of one, supporting 1500+ employees including Engineers, Project Managers, Construction Managers and other licensed/certified civil construction, environmental and safety professionals. Currently, I manage our training initiatives via an LMS providing a mix of internally developed content, external content providers and instructor-led training consultants. My learning and development focus is on engineering related technical/software topics, especially training to meet engineering license requirements.
