Responsible for 24 stores across 3 countries with a combined turnover of circa £450 million. To support stores in the delivery of Debenhams brand visual proposition, being commercially focussed to drive sales and profitability across all area’s and divisions within the stores. Support the recruitment, training and opening of new stores, ordering branding for new introductions and seasonal moves. Supporting the set-up of the company Model Store event and subsequently hosting a regional event twice yearly. Identifying visual/commercial/merchandising development needs by store and supporting with training and coaching. Ordering of window schemes bespoke by store and collating photographic records.

South West.

Responsible for 49 stores across 2 areas, to deliver a strong visual and commercial brand image through VM training and communications, increase and drive commerciality, profitability and sales through VM at all times, train coach and develop managers and teams, support the brand and teams on new store openings and refits, support the area manager teams with store direction and VM needs by store, work with VM manager to develop visual and creative communication and training ideas to support the brand, VM sponsor for John Lewis and foundation to management.

Republic Of Ireland

Responsibility for 28 stores in the area, handling general day to-day queries, store visits to review trading, commerciality, visual standards, operations, stockloss, customer service and people. Handling investigations and HR issues. Holding area team meetings to review sales, launch business expectations and develop manager’s skills.
