I am passionate about creating an environment where all caregivers feel supported in the care that we provide and we are all a goal-oriented team. We will provide the best evidence-based care possible and do so with compassion. We will hire Nurses who have the critical thinking skills to prevent adverse outcomes, but if one occurs will know how to respond efficiently and appropriately. In doing the above, we will assure our Patients and their families that they are in the hands of safe, competent, and compassionate care.
