Sue Oleari has been serving clients in the financial services industry for nearly 30 years. Prior to co-founding Trifecta Capital Advisors, she served as the Regional President in Wealth Management, BMO Private Bank. Sue led multi-disciplinary teams serving high net worth individuals, families and organizations, including closely-held and family-owned businesses, endowments and foundations throughout the U.S. When she left the firm in 2022, she and her team oversaw $6.6B in client assets under management (AUM).At BMO, Sue progressed through multiple leadership roles including Business Banking Commercial Sales Manager, Retail Market President, Premier Services Regional Manager, Private Bank Managing Director, and National Head of Sales for BMO Wealth Management.Sue served as the Board Chair for BMO Harris Financial Advisors and was a member of the Board of Directors for BMO Investment Distributors. She also served on the Advisory Board for BMO Alliance for Women, and Co-Chaired the Professional Development Committee of the Wealth Management Diversity & Inclusion Council.​​Sue earned a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she graduated with honors. In 2012, Sue was sponsored by BMO to attend the CBA Executive Banking School at Furman University in Greenville, SC, and graduated in 2015.​Sue served on the board of the YWCA of Evanston/North Shore for six years, including participating on the Finance and Event Committees. She is currently on the Board of the Joffrey Ballet and serves on the Women’s Board, Academy, Finance and Nominating Committees. For over 25 years Sue has dedicated her time and resources to supporting those with blood cancers. She is a founding member of Suzanne’s Friends for Life and the Evan Joseph Gerstein Foundation. Sue is also a nominated member of Chief, a private network focused on connecting and supporting women leaders. Sue and her husband Josh live on the North Shore with their three children: Samantha, Nathan, and Katherine.
