Sometimes God puts you right where you need to be! I found myself working as an Executive & Personal Assistant for Dr. Gary Smalley at Smalley Relationship Center and loving it! I learned so much! Like how to author a book, how to schedule difficult travel arrangements to securing venues for a seminar. I was given the opportunity to fine tune my skills and develop new ones, like managing multiple C-level executive calendars, to being the gate-keeper to protect their valuable time. I have a passion for helping others. After working with a person for awhile, I can learn what they need before they even ask. This eventually led me to Developmental Connections where I enjoyed helping everyone in the organization as the Training Coordinator. Being part of Human Resources is another perfect fit! I enjoyed training the new hires in orientation and helping them understand our procedures and policies. I am comfortable addressing team members in the organization at All-Staff meetings. I enjoy working with the Executive Team. I'm comfortable working with the Executive Director.I am currently seeking hybrid/remote work. I can start immediately.
