After working approximately 15 years in the corporate world focusing on marketing functions, I needed a change and happily retired! In my next chapter in life I decided to become a member of Therapy Dogs Inc. and volunteered for almost 10 years with my dog, traveling to hospitals, nursing homes, schools, children’s advocacy centers etc. all with the intent (and almost always succeeding!) of cheering people up! I learned how special dogs are and how easy and rewarding it is to have a human/dog bond. This inspired me to create Dressed to the K9s. People treat their dogs as family members now and what better way than to keep them in high fashion! Dressed to the K9s makes specialty neckwear for dogs and this has become one of the most fun businesses to be in and I welcome opportunities from dog lovers everywhere!
