My role was Project Management for strategic Network and Radio Services. Developed business partnerships and interfaced with all personnel at all levels of the organization. Participated on team appointed to define PMO Framework methodologies. Major projects included ACI foundation implementation and migration at 2 primary data centers and remote sites, Cisco Unified Communications/SIP/SBC’s/WebEx/Jabber Enterprise implementation and deployment, Edge and Core router replacement at primary and secondary data centers. Access layer switch replacement.

I was contracted to West by TEKSystems and then converted to FTE. West was a global provider of technology-enabled communication services that delivered intuitive voice, analytics, and self-service solutions. They posted $2B+ in annual revenue and 293.2M+ interactions every month. I was responsible for engineering and designing business platforms and systems, analyzing and evaluating system architecture to determine areas for improvement or additional functionality, and providing recommendations that met or exceeded the client and company business objectives. Documented the solution from cradle to grave and coordinated hand-off to IT Operations for on-going support. Built and maintained Standard Work documents. Assisted other departments as needed.

I was contracted to First Data, currently known as Fiserv, by Experis. First Data was the Global payment processing leader in 34 countries, with 24K employees, 6M Merchant locations, and $10.7B revenue. I was contracted to First Data by Experis and was responsible for project life-cycle through closure including budget, scope, discovery, design, technical development, schedule, implementation, and delivery of projects that vary in size and scope. Managed and escalated critical risks, issues, and changes. Drove performance of up to 15 simultaneous security concepts / projects with high levels of engagement and active participation. Maintained data library, repository, and artifacts for each project. Prepared and provided status reports to upper level management and Steering Committee.

I was contracted to Aviva U.S.A., currently known as Athene Holding Ltd., by The Palmer Group. Aviva was a Domestic Life & Annuities Insurance company, with 33K representatives, 930K customers, and $63B assets. I was contracted to Aviva by The Palmer Group and was responsible for negotiation and re-structure of strategic IT Infrastructure contracts that include hardware, software, services, network, and telecom. Perform strategic supplier sourcing, management, cost modeling, and competitive analysis for cost savings and avoidance. CSG provided Utility & Communications Business Support Solutions with 3200 employees, $7,5M revenue. I managed a 7 person telecommunications team and assets in support of the Corporate PBX Systems, Instant Messaging IVR Platform, Wireless devices, and Wired communications. Worked with 3rd party companies and internal departments on project-based, and day-to-day procurement requirements to support technical, operational, and business goals.
