My responsibilities varied from preforming general clerical services to client liaison. As the Administrative Manager I am also responsible for handling our company’s correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers.I also oversee the book-keeping and monitoring of the company’s expenditures. I am also required to create spreadsheets, databases and presentations, and have a thorough understanding of various software systems such as Microsoft, Office and Adobe.I’m also required to plan and schedule appointments, events, board meetings, and luncheons on behalf of the CEO and the Directors. Occasionally this requires researching suitable vendor locations and prices, including making prior enquiries on the availability of participants.
