Common good. It's an idea that resonates with most of us, especially me. That is why I have worked for over a decade in Municipal government and Sponsored Research Administration. I take pride in contributing to the success of nonprofits that contribute to the greater and common good.Core competencies include:- Operating and Capital Improvement Project budgets - to date up to $150M combined- Projecting revenue and expense- Variance analysis- Grant writing - awarded $15M- Interagency communication and reportingI have also participated in a $60M Bond Issuance from beginning to end, and modeled rate scenarios for use in City Council meetings.Skills include having worked with a wide variety of public and proprietary data warehouse and ERP software - and the ability to successfully generate routine and custom reports. I have also used MS Office extensively, especially Excel, and am currently studying how best to use AI to enhance and streamline the use of MS365.Overall, I am task and detail oriented, value maintaining an organized work environment, and am customer service oriented - I understand that everyone is a client - either internal or external, and like to employ the 'golden rule' (treat others as we would like to be treated) - even with auditors.
