My Current role is to ensure the Sustainability and Continuous Improvement of all Contact Centres within the MPC Connect Space including any Proof of Concept Projects reporting to the Managing Director of MPC Connect. This needs to be achieved by actively Managing the Quality of Service for each Contact Centre combining Best Practices and Continuous Improvement. Responsibilities include Quality Control/Analysis; Revenue Generation Analysis; Direct Cost Management; Best Practices; Process and Procedure Design; Implementation and Management of processes and quality management systems for the entire MPC Connect service offering.Understanding of Clients SLA’s and Requirements coupled with effective Client communication and management relationships is key.Submission detailed reports to the both Client and Management team.Recruitment and Training have been added to my Portfolio since the end of 2022 - Responsibilities include Training Efficiencies; Analysis of Output from Training as well as Recruitment in increasing Headcount and analysis thereof. Within Recruitment the responsibilities are Recruiter Efficiencies; Business Headcount needs; Recruitment & Training Costs.

This role is heading up the MPC Recruitment Division for Africa, Middle East and South East Asia. The role also covers the Services and Operations for the MPC Recruitment Group, a division of EOH. Within Africa we had a footprint within 18 Countries, we also cover recruitment into the Middle East and South East Asia. The role involved both Client and Network Partner engagement SLA Management / development into Africa with travel into various African Countries. Within South Africa MPC Recruitment had 7 branches across South Africa involving frequent travel to the regions for training; branding ensuring the MPC footprint was consistent in all branches supporting our National Client Base. Prior to this role I heading up the MPC Recruitment Jhb office.

ICMS was a Computer Media Supply Company supplying re-sellers and Corporates throughout the Southern African region. The initial role was in Sales where through meeting annual targets regular trips abroad were achieved.Subsequent move to Durban Branch Manager with final position being in Head Office in charge of Administration and Logistics.
