I provide guidance and training to ensure that SharePoint 2007 delivers the right functionality for the 1000 users covering approximately 300 SharePoint site collections.. I am the only in-house SharePoint Administrator and am the first line of support for all users with a dedicated SharePoint mailbox with the more technical assistance being provided by outsourced providers. I won an award in 2009 for my role with the launch and implementation of SharePoint in 2009. I also develop SharePoint Designer workflows and basic InfoPath forms some of which have been enhanced by outsourced providers with Visual Studio using C#. I provide tutorials for all users on demand and also more specifically for the individual site administrators on a one to one basis to show them how to create libraries, columns, views and edit web parts and how to control permissions within their own areas.
