My role here at Dibsa as Administration Manager starts with me being the first port of call for customers when they get in touch.I prepare annual sales targets and expenditure budgets.Carry out costing and estimating of the Flat to Pitch enquiries. Prepare, produce and follow up quotations. Keep fully informed on Dibsa’s sales and expenditure progress and control these in line with budgets.Monitor and control work to ensure that the company meets its contractual obligations.Maintain a high level of morale amongst staff.Ensure that staff have a full understanding of the company’s objectives and policies.Conduct periodic progress reviews and appraisals with all directly reporting staff.Understand and be aware of the requirements of all relevant Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and ensure that all staff are equally aware of their own roles and responsibilities.Develop and put forward any new ideas for improvements of the business.Consider the sales and marketing processes for the business and make recommendations to how these might be adapted or changed to improve the success of the business.Manage the resources of the organisation during periods of staff shortage (holiday, sickness etc).

My career started here with Ian Palmer on his market stall as a Saturday girl and continued and developed when he set up a wholesale fruit & vegetable delivery service.My time with Ian Palmers very enjoyable and we grew from a small family business into a forward thinking, dynamic professional company, which i was proud to be a part of.
