I write reviews of restaurants and interview chefs who are located in the Pasadena, Glendale, La Canada, and La Crescenta area as well as others in the San Gabriel Valley. I previously worked for the Outlook Newspaper as a columnist and restaurant writer. Before retiring and beginning a writing career, I was a marketing director for psychiatric hospitals and the director of the YMCA Outreach program for fifteen years located on the campuses of La Canada High School and La Crescenta High School. The Outreach program assisted students with personal and scholastic issues to help improve attendance, self esteem, parenting issues and other social and emotional concerns.
