I joined Greenwood Homecare in 2017 following a bad experience with another care company. I started as a Care Worker and quickly progressed into a Senior Care role. Greenwood then gave me the opportunity to enrol in a NVQ qualification where I gained my level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care. I was given the opportunity a year later to progress to Recruitment Manager and solely responsible for sourcing and recruiting our amazing care team across 2 of our branches. In 2022 I gained Level 3 in HR.
