Successfully co-led a multi-year $70M initiative to develop a new claim system - consolidating the corporate claim systems to improve claim handler productivity, regulatory compliance, training for new staff while also eliminating the dependency on an outside vendor for loss reporting. Work was completed using a blend of geographically distributed teams and external partnerships.

Progressively moved through roles from Intern to Manager, responsible for advancing the technical development of print and multi-platform electronic products. Directed all technical aspects in the bidding process and implementation of state and federal government contracts.
