I joined the pharmaceutical industry in 1992 and have worked as a sales professional, key account manager, regional manager, National Sales Manager, Editor of PF magazine and latterly as a Project Manager and resourcing consultant. . Most recently I have been coaching candidates within the recruitment field, again supporting from sales teams to senior leaders as I have an excellent ability to ensure they reach their potential and deliver their best. I specialise in recruiting across the pharmaceutical industry from graduates to HDM and MSLs. I have extensive experience in training and coaching sales teams in the field and have held positions in Regional Management and National Sales Management. I thoroughly enjoy developing people through bespoke coaching and training sessions, counselling CV support and coaching for interview and assessment centres. I have also created and delivered outplacement workshops for those who have found themselves in a redundancy situation
