- Provide CEO high level data, reports, analysis and trends to ensure that he can make informed compensation decisions that approriately motivated and retain his Executive Leadership Team.- Develop and align compensation department that best supports business units and maximizes use of available resources.- Develop a comprehensive bonus and incentive process/project documents designed to ensure 100% accuracy, completion, and timely delivery of the quarterly FP&A accruals file and the final year-end bonus calculation and payout.- Develop and maintain Total Rewards systems that are simple, easy to use and empower managers to make Total Reward decisions that emphasize pay for performance and are aligned with business strategy.- Complete due diligence and perform project lead role, if required, on M&A's.- Develop HR training and documentation on steps required during each stage in acquisition phase. Provide HR assistance on M&A's assigned.
