Children are my life! I've been active in working with children since 1982. I started with special needs children in high school and worked with them in college. I became a pre-school teacher for The First Step in 1986. When I had my first child, I opened up a pre-school at home, taking with me all I learned from the center. I returned to the center in 1996 as the Executive Director and have maintained my position as of current. I opened a second center in 2005 and added 6 new classrooms including infants. I am still in love with my job and never tire of the children and their beautiful innocence, intellect and charm!!
