• Responsible for rebuild and strengthen the relationship with the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of State Council (SASAC).• Lead in coordinate internal and external resources for the company’s cooperation with NDRC in the areas of clean energy, energy saving, healthcare, technology cooperation, leadership training and sustainable development.• Support in coordinate internal resources for the company’s cooperation with Central Organization Department (COD) in the implementation of the annual China CEO Program for the management team of the top 53 SOEs of China.• Support in the regional government engagements.• Responsible for building the company’s Government Affairs & Policy (GA&P) Council to bring all the government engaging persons in the company to unify resources and outreach to create a supportive policy, image and business environment for the company’s development in China.

• Member of the company’s government relationships council. Working with a team of twelve government engaging persons from different business segments to unify all the resources and outreach to create a supportive policy, image and business environment for the company’s development in China.• Lead a team up to five members, overseeing an annual budget over 3M USD, responsible the overall cooperation with the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) in the areas of software outsourcing, hardware purchasing, technology cooperation, investment, IT talent and government elite training, information security, intellectual property protection and rural informatization.

• Responsible for the smooth and successful negotiation of the MS-NDRC MOU Phase II, which was signed in April 2006 during President HU JINTAO’s visit.• Responsible for the overall cooperation with National Development and Reform Commission of PRC (NDRC) to ensure the smooth implementation of the MS-NDRC MOU Phase I.• Responsible for the overall cooperation with the Ministry of Commerce of PRC (MOFCOM) in the areas of intellectual property protection. • Served as a key team member in influencing Chinese Gov. to request preload operating system for all PCs sold in PRC market.• Support regional offices in the government relationship and business development in Sichuan and Jiangsu.

• Responsible for the Company’s overall strategy in China.• Successfully managed the risk of an unhealthy cooperation with a vendor in China.

• Responsible for the Company’s cooperation with the National Development and Reform Commission of PRC (NDRC) in the area of training. Through this training program, we offered management training, quality control training, etc. to managers from over 1,000 State Owned Enterprises (SOE) across China. • Responsible of maintain the relationship with Sichuan Government and Tianjin Government. Also responsible to organize the annual steering committee meetings.• Responsible to obtain the import permit of the needed parts to ensure the smooth manufacture.• Responsible for the overall government reports for production and sales for the Company.

• Work in team of five people overseeing our business opportunities in the southwest region of China. Focusing on customer engagement, as well as government relationships.• Serve as a liaison between the China Rep. Office and the head office.

• Responsible for preparing the Company’s monthly exchanging balance report with other major oil and gas companies, such as Shell, Exxon, etc. Personally took responsible of 40% of the workload for the entire Dept.
