To strategically manage the delivery of the North & Mid Wales Cricket Development Plan including our core club offer; Chance to Shine Schools Programme; All Stars & Dynamo’s Cricket, Coach Education, Clubmark & Women & Girls’ Cricket.This includes managing a staff team to deliver externally funded projects at a local level as well as sitting on the Cricket Wales Senior Management Team. The role encompasses 8 different local authority areas across half of Wales geographically. To manage North Wales relationships with key external funding partners including the ECB, Chance to Shine & Sport Wales and ensuring we have strong local relationships across the cricket network of clubs, leagues, umpires, grounds associations and other voluntary bodies. I oversee facility funding projects for the cricket clubs within the area and lead on the funding support and relationship management for 47 cricket clubs.I also sit on the Cricket Wales Equality & Diversity Action Group with the aim to embed diversity across the game.

Deliver the Safeguarding Award to coaches and volunteers from all over Wales both face to face and virtually.

Guest lecturing on the Sports Development & Policy Module.

Delivery of the Safeguarding Children Courses across the Football Network as part of the Coach Education Programme. Delivered for a number of County Football Associations.

To strategically manage the delivery of the Sport England Sportivate programme and budget for Merseyside across a regional level & manage networks of complex relationships with partners to ensure an increase in physical activity levels for Children & Young People.

To manage, coordinate & deliver the School Games Organiser programme for the Youth Sport Trust across North Shropshire. This included a programme of Outdoor Education & a number of packages for primary schools & the line management of a co-ordinator post.

To strategically manage, coordinate & evaluate the delivery of the Sport England ‘Active College’ Funding/Programme (male, female, disability) with the main aim to increase participation. This role included financial management, policy development, partnership management, marketing & research based upon student consultation.

• To manage, coordinate and develop all areas of Girls’ and Women’s football in accordance with county development plan. The role required the line management of 8 staff members at the Suffolk FA Girls’ Player Development Centre & casual coaches.• Liaison with the FA and strategic lead with leagues, clubs, local authorities and key partners. Lead Officer of Football Futures, Sportivate & Kick It Out.

To design, develop and implement college-based football enrichment programmes for students aged 16-19 to increase participation for males and females.

Supporting Homeless 16-25 year olds from a variety of backgrounds to move towards independent living. Included key working and lone working responsibilities.Completed courses on housing benefit, equality & diversity, substance misuse and awareness
