Design, develop, test, and document web applications for customer base ranging from Chamber Offices, Political Agencies to Sports Leagues. Design database structures and develop stored procedures, views, and user-defined functions. Develop and enhance set of interfaced tools which manage Events, Calendar, Blogs and Forums, generate eNewletters, manage Subscription Lists, and create Bounce Management reports for undelivered emails and track when the recipient opens the email. Developed Shopping Cart and secure Checkout screen with APIs to several different credit card processors. Majority of development is done using ASP, VBScript, JavaScript, and SQL Server.

Worked on database development for Production and Data Warehouse systems. Responsible for designing database models and writing PL/SQL code for triggers, stored procedures, data conversion and maintenance scripts. Worked on the development of Web sites using SqlServer, T-SQL, ASP, and Cold Fusion. Interfaced with business analysts and end-users throughout the life cycle of the projects. Applications have included Job Bank and Scholarship Application

Worked on a Client/Server Marine Traffic Management System that tracks ship movements through a port. Used Oracle’s Designer 2000 to create the logical data model, generate physical data structures and generate data entry screens, reports, and web pages. Also designed, developed, and implemented a Configuration Documentation System to track inventory and manage hardware configurations. Interfaced with end users throughout design and implementation of the application. Oracle tools utilized were Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, SQL*Menu, PL/SQL, SQL*Plus and SQL*Net.

Designed and developed the initial version of the product EasyTalk, a report generator with a natural language interface. Responsible for the database access system for the reporting function.Developed and implemented in-house applications using Oracle SQL*Plus, SQL*Forms and PRO*C.

Converted batch accounting systems to on line systems using CICS on an IBM Mainframe. Installed Student Records Systems on IBM Mainframes at customer sites. Responsible for writing customer specifications, modifying software and providing technical support.
