Responsible for overseeing the production and distribution of inserts and cover wraps to over forty national magazines. Manage a staff that consists of Ad Services and Print Production Specialists. Establish operating and strategic priorities and serves as liaison with over seventy sales representatives and their clients. Responsible for ensuring financially sound decisions are made and executed according to plan, validate and approve new processes and handle strategic projects that enhance the overall operation.

Manage and lead the Ad Services department, responsible for magazine inserts and cover wraps for MNI and Targeted Media Health. The Ad Services department oversees all aspects of digital-based print advertising as well as serves as a liaison between ad sales staff, ad agencies, clients and printing plant. Primary department responsibilities include ad information tracking, pre-flight/transmission of electronic ad files and monitoring of color reproduction standards. - Provide management support to the Ad Services team with ad sales, clients, agencies and other internal departments regarding ad production, specs, extensions, ad close dates and custom products.- Drive, develop, implement and enhance systems, processes and procedures for optimum departmental performance and continuous improvement.- Monitor print quality standards and enforce quality review and improvement processes.- Oversee development and implementation of custom units and on-page products in conjunction with Print Production.- Communicate department and company updates, events and project status/developments.- Monitor, evaluate and improve employee performance through semi-annual performance reviews, on-going performance feedback, employee recognition and possibly disciplinary action.- Provide leadership and direction for employees to meet company and individual goals.- Manage interviews, hiring, set up and training for new hires in conjunction with Human Resources.
