Whilst I thought travel was my absolute forever when I started my business in April 2018, COVID-19 had other plans and whilst keeping my travel business up and running I managed to "fall" into a new career in February 2021 that I would never have imagined doing but as it turns out it's one I also truly love!I have the pleasure of helping our North Jacklin customers on a daily basis that want to finance their new Nissans and Subarus which truly is a rather cool job! In my first 13 months in the role I managed to end up in the top 3 Business Managers in Queensland for Nissan Financial Services which is an achievement I am extremely proud of, given I had no finance industry background! At the end of the day though this role for me is all about the customer experience and that's my absolute passion! Antarctica would have to be the most pristine, untouched destination and to view the wildlife in their natural habitat is such an amazing experience. Our family holiday to Fiji is one of my most memorable holidays for not only myself but also for my children.In addition to my own extensive knowledge and research that I will personally do for you I also have the unique privilege of having access to more than 500 Personal Travel Managers around Australia that I can liase with. I joined City Fitness as a member in August 2013 and whilst my initial goal when I started out was to simply lose weight within weeks I realised what a positive impact my training was having not only on my body but just as importantly my mind & spirit....the weight loss was simply a bonus Unfortunately I let a lot of that hard work I put in unravel throughout 2015/2016 so when the opportunity presented itself to work in the business I wanted to ensure I would represent City Fitness with absolute authenticity! Taking on this role helped me get my motivation back on track and a year later I am now the fittest and strongest I have ever been in my life....and I'm 50 years of age Without a doubt the most favourite aspect of my role is being able to help motivate and inspire others to get started on their health & well being journey. Whether speaking with groups or one on one I love to share my Top 10 Tips on Becoming the Best Version of Yourself and they really are quite simple! My very strong message is it's never too late to transform your life...I am living proof and as far as I am concerned if I can do it anyone can! After more than 28 years in the Travel Industry I have made the move to a completely new industry which is bringing me amazing new learnings which I am loving! I have a long list of places on my wish list including New York, Las Vegas, Peru, China, India and love the idea of doing more walking adventures in different areas of the world as it's such a fantastic way to experience different regions!
