AltSchool is a education technology startup, aiming to transform K-8 education and schools. Its primary investors are Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, the Chan Zuckerberg Institute and First Round Capital.I was a member of the executive team, leading cross-functional, company-wide strategy. I also operationally led the corporate team, which includes finance, accounting, people ops, recruiting and admin support functions.

Rocket Fuel is a technology company, focused on leveraging artificial intelligence and big data to drive advertiser performance in the display, mobile, social and video digital advertising.As VP of Corporate Development, I led M&A and corporate/product strategy work. I also helped with IPO positioning work, including the definition of KPIs, operational processes to implement those KPIs and all IPO materials, including the S-1 and roadshow materials.
