Providing leadership and direction to the academic team and supporting teams such as marketing and student relations, the college continued to grow from providing on-site diploma courses to on-site degree courses in partnership with University of Hertfordshire and University of Sunderland. In 2017, the college was acquired by Brickfields Asia Educational Group to further strengthen its offerings to local and International students.

I moved from agency to principal to close the loop in my career and experience in managing brands in FMCG industry. I was privileged to join the trade marketing team (or category management) to plan and execute campaigns in-store for the chocolate & biscuit category, for brands such as Cadbury and Jacobs Biscuits. Not too long after I joined Kraft Foods (now Mondelez), my father passed away and I had to return to Malaysia to lead the family business.

As part of my management training, I moved from operations to sales and had the privilege of selling services of promoter and activation to a set of key MNC clients such as Nestle, Mead Johnson, Dutch Lady, Fonterra, Sanofi-Aventis, Johnson and Johnson, Lam Soon, Colgate- Palmolive, Sara Lee and Reckitt Benckiser and Kimberly Clark).

I joined my father's business and had to learn from ground up and move around from department to department. The first subsidiary was the promoter and sampling arm, understanding the challenges of managing promoters through training and supervision. Privileged to work with a team to improve processes related to manpower management.

Dr. Paul Temporal was a reputable brand consultant at this time and I was privileged to work with him to conduct brand audits, brand research and branding workshops for key clients such as Pacific West, Touch N Go and Glomac Bhd. I was one of the ghost writers for Dr Paul in his case studies for his book, "Advance Brand Management."
