Possessing two decades of professional experience, Sue Ann Salmon Evans serves as a Managing Shareholder of the Dannis Woliver Kelley Long Beach office and functions as the chair of the Charter Schools Practice Group at the firm. Throughout her career, Sue Ann Salmon Evans has focused on representation of school districts. Admitted to practice in the California Supreme Court and the California Court of Appeal, as well as other state and federal courts, she has earned recognition as one of the nation’s leading experts on the Charter Schools Act. Outside of litigation, she also works with schools in arbitration, mediation, and administrative hearings. Her experience includes working with schools on charter petitions, governance, funding, and special education, among other topics that charter schools commonly face.Sue Ann Salmon Evans has represented clients in a number of landmark cases, such as EEOC v.
