As Vice President of Finance, Sue reports directly to the President and oversees all financial operations and corporate financial planning. She coordinates, analyzes and reports the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors. Sue is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining all accounting and administrative policies, including all corporate and human resource activities, employee benefits, retirement plans, and corporate insurance.

Corporate Development Officer responsible for the acquisition of investment management firms. Responsible for the analyses of new business and start-up proposals for UAM's management committee, due diligence, deal structuring and the execution of deal documents. Member of UAM's Operations Team.

Over five years of increasing responsibility in technical accounting research and financial reporting. Reported directly to the CFO. Responsible for UAM's technical accounting research. Analyzed relevant exposure drafts and wrote position papers to the SEC. Significant experience in pooling and purchase accounting issues and treasury stock repurchase plans. Liaison between UAM's Finance and Corporate Development groups. Responsible for researching acquisition related issues for all acquisitions. Led the successful effort to increase coordination between the groups in order to insure successful transition of new affiliates. Responsible for managing all aspects of the relationship between UAM and external auditors.

Experience in a broad range of industries including financial services, high technology and real estate.
