Responsible for all operational activities and tactical planning related to the support and development of TIS Education Services.

Sue has over 30 years of experience in strategic planning, training and development, and directing all aspects of the delivery of customer-oriented services. She has been with O/E, Inc. for the past nine years. As Leverage Life’s Director of Program Development, she is responsible for Leverage Life’s Concierge/Work/Life Services program development and implementation, along with account management.Sue received her Bachelor of Science degree in education from Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan. She later received her master’s degree in special education from Oakland University. Her post-master’s studies and practicum are in instructional technology from the Wayne State University Educational Specialist Degree Program, Detroit, Michigan.Sue is a member of the Old Newsboys’ Goodfellow Fund of Detroit which provides emergency dental care, scholarships, camper ships, holiday gift packages, and shoes for needy children.
