SheEO is a global initiative focused on building an innovative new model to finance, support and celebrate female entrepreneurs. The signature initiative, Radical Generosity, calls upon 1000 women per city to commit $1,000 to provide low interest loans to 10 women-led ventures that are selected by the 1000 women, the Activators. The ventures get loans and access to the women's networks, buying power and expertise to growth their businesses. This model will be in 1000 cities by 2020 loaning $1B annually to 10,000 women-led businesses.

Lead the corporate innovation and commercialization mandate to drive the development of new products, explore and unlock new markets, capture white space, and develop new enterprise capabilities for linear and non-linear innovation. Established 2 innovation centres. Partnered with start-ups. Developed an industry leading Innovation Process and Innovation Journey Map. Created new enterprise innovation capabilities such as human-centered design and prototyping. Developed and ran an Innovation Council. Developed metrics to measure innovation results.Corporate strategy initiatives such as enterprise sales integration globally, US product strategy, enterprise wide customer segment strategy, product management COE, data & analytics COE.

Joined when the company was $50 M in revenue as strategic shareholder and Executive Team member. Over 5 years we grew the company to $125 M in revenue. Commercialized a partnership with Aeroplan and launched a B2B loyalty business called Elevate, opening a new market with sales across Canada. Assumed responsibility of the Direct Marketing business post acquisition, formerly Sourcelink, and revamped its operations and product line-up with strategic client wins and significant growth in relationships with Jam Direct, SunLife, CIBC and several of the Tier 1 Banks. Led the development of strategic alliances and key client growth, and as a partner to Xerox Services, pioneered the first retail marketing outsourcing solution for HBC Group of Companies that resulted in a doubling of the company share price on announcement. Departed after the CEO took the company private in 2011.

Recruited to help diversity the Canadian business from one line of revenue. Through strategic partnerships with leading tech firms and internal investment, established a new division called DataSmart Solutions. Co-created and built Smart Prospectus with 2 large brokerage firms, and applied for Exemptive Relief of regulations with the OSC and CSA and received it in 2003. Intelliware led the software development, NewRiver led the integration with SEDAR/CDS, Symcor and Doculink split the Canadian market for production, and we launched Smart Prospectus to market within 12 months of starting the business. Hired 100 staff, patented the product, leveraged market research with Ipsos Reid and Environics and contracted with 4 of the 5 large brokerage firms, and the majority of brokers in Canada within 24 months. Developed a full suite of "Smart" products designed to help broker dealers meet their regulatory obligations.

Led the commercialization of the Symcor sales organization for the customer communications division. Developed and launched several new solutions with customers that became products widely adopted by the market. Shifted to a product development role and created the first framework for product development in the organization.

Started my career in the Tech industry with the original and best sales organization in the world. Went to Xerox University for a month, learning only the best sales techniques. Moved from a direct sales representative quickly to the new outsourcing group, then called Xerox Business Services. Opened the Winnipeg region for XBS, landing many first client deals including several large outsourcing wins with now Power Corp group of companies.
