I have been in the telecom industry since 1991- first working as a Voice Systems Administrator for the largest international franshise company. I then worked with my husband when he founded his first interconnect company. After selling that company to his partner I moved onto Software programming and end-user training for Lucent/Avaya. Then worked for Avaya Business Partners in CT IP Telephony Division of a large cabling company. I started this new company Pilothouse Communications with my husband in August of 2004. Our goal is provide excellent customer service, maintain our reputation for honesty and integrity and grow our sales to $5M in the next 3 years. We are SonicWall Silver Partners and Panasonic i-Pro Certified Resellers. Basically we can provide everything a business needs to communication from the cabling infrastructure to voice-data and video communications-Specialties: We provide custom business communications solutions to CT and multi-location companies throughout the US. We are a growing, accredited Toshiba dealer with a specialty in Voice Over IP. We understand the technology, how to design a solution, evaluate a network and successfully implement the business solution. Our primary focus is on customer service and providing the right solution for the unique business needs and challenges.
