Coaching has been a natural progression for me having spent many years working with people and small businesses in support of bringing out the best of who they are.Through roles in HR, Learning & Development & operations, as well as consulting with clients, I have always been drawn to understanding relationships in the workplace and how we bring our hearts and minds to everything we do & the conversations we have.I coach new managers or people new into role so that they thrive and become better able to embrace their strengths, leading with confidence and creating a culture where their team can do their best work. The start of a new role or leadership journey can be many things including exciting and empowering and one where we often have to navigate relationships differently. How are you feeling as a new leader or in your new role? What if you could thrive through the journey and not just cope through it all?! In our bespoke 121 or group coaching programme we spend six months coaching on topics such as;-self-awareness and an understanding of what limits your leadership and what allows you to expand it-building self-trust in who you are-understanding how you need to be different in your new role and what that looks like - how to develop a stronger relationship with stakeholders-leading with both heart and mind-playing to and embracing your strengths
