Helped Warmilu to spread the warmth to save lives. I worked with this small start up as they moved into a new facility and started developing a scale-able production process. In order to support this life-altering social mission I:- Lead team through process that allowed them to pass Kenya's Pharmacy and Poisons Board requirements so they are able to start shipping life-saving IncuBlankets to hospitals located there, as well as locations throughout the Horn of Africa, then into Latin and South America- Aided in determining developed world product development paths, using Human Centered and Value Proposition Design processes in order to support social mission- Designed production processes for future scale up needs- Implemented the testing program for product validation and verification to ensure user safety- Brought risk management analysis process up to standards required for both the Kenyan system as well as for future regulatory needs- Reviewed and organized five years of testing, product and process paperwork for integration into a Quality Management System that will be ISO 13485 and FDA compliant- Provided input into how employee on-boarding and training program should be implemented in order to assure that the culture was developed to ensure a good cultural base- Worked to set up a 2000+ square foot facility from build out plans to functional production facilityThe goal was to kick off the scale up process and provide a solid foundation for the company to grow.

Oversaw design and maintenance of equipment and processes in the optical department for holographic weapon site manufacturing and was accountable for personnel and team management.
