Engendering Balance Ltd is the holding company behind EB. It provides the business foundations for the Centre as well as the publishing company for Engendering Balance Publications.

I am delighted to be a founder and leader of this exciting project strengthening the leadership of women around the world. I wanted to set this up as a non-profit organisation in support of research, new leading edge thinking and for the learning and development of women in leadership roles wherever it is needed. In partnership with EB, we have developed a post-conventional initiative for ADVANCING FEMALE LEADERS is showing high success, providing co-created, discovery-based learning interventions that support women well in progressing to more senior positions, often in the toughest environments. Women learn a self-in-system & self-and-system approach to their leadership, developing personal authority & strong leadership identity, discovering and practising ground-breaking organisational politics that support their advancement, learn to engage in inclusive conversations that begin to create deep cultural shifts.
