We consult and deliver nationally and globally, taking a relational and culturally aware approach that puts deep personal learning at the heart of successful leadership growth – where leadership is a way of being, not a grade.The balance our clients seek is one which takes a ‘both/and’ approach – for instance, valuing both the daring and the compassionate; the directive and the collaborative; the structured and the intuitive qualities that combine to create the conditions for success. Our unique Qualities of Practice system enables speedy and deep exploration of leadership practices which are both authentic and contextual.We hold a particular focus on creating meaningful interventions that build inclusive and diverse leadership pipelines, through our progressive interventions such as the Learning PODS, the Discover-Include-Transform Programme, the Inclusive Connections Project; The Winds of Change processes; The Impetus Programme and the Perspectives on Ethnicity workshops. We deploy our skill in generating meaningful dialogue, reflection and action and we engage with this work as learners about difference and about self - inviting our participants to do the same. Clients come to us knowing that we will work relationally with them, providing thought leadership, high quality process consultancy, and impactful leadership development interventions. We are a boutique consultancy and have built an EB community of talented and experienced specialists in organisational and leadership development – people who enrich our work, who weave the Engendering Balance framework into their own practices and who train with us in the EB products and processes.
