I worked as an Executive Coach and also as a consultant implementing values based change.

I was a Director and Shareholder of B&MR for 20 years. We sold it in 1996 and I bought in again as part of a Management Buyout Team and then as part of the exit strategy for the VC we sold again in 2002 when I exited the business.
