About Sue Densley

Those of you viewing my profile will see that I have worked in a variety of organisations and that I started my career in the private sector in marketing roles. I have worked with a wide range of stakeholders including employers, Governments, training providers, regulators and funding bodies. I have successfully developed and delivered large National programmes and have a strong focus on achieving business objectives. I have considerable senior management and coaching experience. As a Practitioner my role is to support organisations to improve their people development, apprenticeship and wellbeing practices. This can either be done by supporting the employer through an accreditation process using quality criteria outlined in a suite of Investors In People quality frameworks or through providing consultancy support. I have a portfolio of clients including High Speed 2, the Department for Work and Pensions, Bentley, County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service and a range of SMEs. In addition to the above I provided strategic leadership and policy support into the development of the We invest in Apprenticeships quality framework which assesses how well employers run apprenticeship programmes. I now lead on this area for Investors in People and train practitioners in how to use the framework. I also offer training to organisations which helps line managers to support the bereaved in a way which enables them to return to peak performance.

Listed skills include Policy, Business Strategy, Program Management, Private Sector, and 45 others.
