Director and train the trainer for the International Network For Children and Families since 1992 an organization designed to offer support to strengthen families and communities by offering courses, trainings, workshops, and resource materials to parents, teachers, and organizations. INCAF has now certified over 1,000 parenting educators and the Redirecting Children's Behavior course is currently taught in fourteen countries.

Life Works has taught the A Positive Divorce Resolution and recently DCF has approved a new and improved program called "A Child's Life Depends on Peaceful Resolutions." It is our mission to collaborate with the family law team, Judges and be a resource for parents to co-parent peacefully, reduce stress and improve communication, so families can function raising children apart.
